Victory Christian Fellowship was founded in 1985 with a group of people meeting in a home. With a hunger for a fresh touch of God we continued to grow and in 1987 purchased property on Highway 160 and began to build the existing building. We had a vision to "Utilize the Grounds" that we have been blessed with. So the early 1990's we built the Family Center or "Gym" to begin the process.

May 1997 the church body made the decision to join the Church of God, headquartered in Cleveland, Tennessee. With this move we joined the fastest growing Pentecostal movement in this present day. After the loss of his wife in August 1997, the founding Pastor resigned in October 1997.

In 2001 the Vision of O.U.T.R.E.A.C.H. began to be place in the hearts and spirits of the members and leadership. Our focus is to faithfully fulfill the Vision, Mission, and Goals, God has birthed into our Spirits. Opening Up To Reach Everyone As Christ Has. With His help and guidance we will win the lost for Jesus and Help heal those who have been hurt in the name of religion. God has given us this land and this moment to be used in these last days. And VCF is embracing the commission.

Pastor Matt Brooks was appointed as Senior Pastor May, 2005 and continued the journey of seeking God's will for this church.
